Summerfruit Shake

Serves 1 (1 to 1½ cup) |
- 2 fresh peaches or nectarines; OR 4 fresh plums or apricots, sliced
- 1/4 cup nonfat frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk

Chop fruit into small cubes.
In a blender or food processor, combine fruit with frozen yogurt and milk.
Whirl until smooth and fluffy.
