Grilled White Fish-Nectarine Skewers

- 1 1/2 pounds thick fillets of firm white fish
- 2 fresh nectarines, cut into large cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 2 tablespoons rubbed sage
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cut fish into large cubes and thread onto skewers with nectarine cubes.
Mix oil, lemon juice, sage, garlic and pepper.
Brush over skewers and barbecue over medium coals for 10 minutes or until done as desired.
