Chunky Nectarine Jam

Makes 3 half-pint jars |
- 5 fresh nectarines, chopped
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 & 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 envelope (1 ¾ ounces) powdered pectin

In 2-quart glass measure, combine nectarines, pineapple, sugar and spices.
Microwave uncovered on HIGH 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Stir in pectin and microwave on HIGH 2 minutes longer.
Pour into hot jars, leaving ½ inch headspace.
Adjust caps.
Let cool to room temperature.
Store in refrigerator 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.
